Director of Strategic Network Operations
Chris Cycak, Director of Strategic Network Operations: Chris oversees all operational aspects of strategy and programs deployed into post-acute care provider networks by Helion. He leads the Network Operations team, which is responsible for network design, developing micro-market strategies based on market maturity, and building, implementing, and maintaining value-based reimbursement programs. Additionally, this team supports the deployment and maintenance of the Helion Arc Technology platform, Helion Service Desk, Salesforce, and new programs entering the market.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in health policy and administration. He brings more than 10 years of experience rooted in leadership, strategy, and revenue-cycle operations in the field of post-acute care. He has held multiple leadership roles with a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities aimed at transforming health care. He joined Helion in 2019 and serves as the chair of Helion’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
