Director of Helion Analytics
Justin Snyder, Director of Helion Analytics: Justin manages all of Helion’s data, analytics, and actuarial functions. His team is responsible for developing scorecards that serve as tools for creating and managing high-performing networks. The scorecards use proprietary episode logic to transform claims and provider data into meaningful metrics and insights. Additionally, the team supports the design and evaluation of value-based reimbursement programs and the modeling to quantify and enhance the value creation of Helion’s solutions.
Justin joined Helion in 2019 and brings more than eight years of experience in various actuarial and analytics roles. His actuarial experience prior to joining the Helion team spans pricing and medical economics for Medicare Advantage products. He received his degree in risk management with an actuarial science option from the Pennsylvania State University. He’s also an associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA).
