Director of Network Performance
Nicole Becker is Helion’s Director of Network Performance. She oversees our Network Performance teams in PA, NY, WV and DE, which build relationships and collaborate with home and community care providers.
Nicole is focused on defining strategies to optimize provider networks, leading to the highest-quality care transitions for members. Initiatives include building value-based reimbursement programs, evaluating key data insights, and supporting portal enhancements and new programming.
Under her leadership, our Network Performance teams educate providers on technology and reimbursement methods, review clinical and performance outcomes, train on site-of-care best practices, and perform provider-specific root cause analyses.
Nicole joined Helion in 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in the post-acute care industry. Prior to joining the company, Nicole was Regional Director for a post-acute care provider in PA and Ohio where she led business development strategies and operational initiatives.
She has also held roles within a skilled nursing facility, including human resources. Nicole received her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from LECOM.
