Andonia Aber, Vice President of Strategic Network Operations: As Vice President of Strategic Network Operations, Andonia oversees all core functions – Network Performance, Network Operations, Market Strategy, Clinical Operations/Performance, and Product & Technology – and is critical to the execution of Helion’s strategy to transform quality, service, and value in post-acute care.
Andonia has served in a variety of roles with the enterprise since 2014. She started her career in specialty pharmacy services, then moved into a role as a liaison in post-acute spaces including skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospitals. She also was regional director for a large skilled organization where she managed 11 people and 14 buildings and opened its first call center. Andonia has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a minor in health care policy.
