Kent McClure, Director of Product & Technology Solutions: Kent leads Helion’s Product & Technology team, including development, security, and operations for the Helion Arc Technology platform, which delivers the data insights that enable enhanced care delivery and administration.
Kent brings over a decade of experience driving operational excellence and strategic IT service management. Prior to joining Helion, he was a director of service management with enGen, a platform service and management business unit within the enterprise of an integrated delivery health system. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning, implementation and optimization of Incident, Problem, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management processes. His tenure includes delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services that align with business objectives, foster continuous improvement, and collaboration across multiple departments.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
