Director of Clinical Performance and Integration
The Helion Clinical Operations and Communications team is led by Carrie Frantz.
The clinical operations team is comprised of a multi-disciplinary group of clinicians focused on designing and implementing innovative, collaborative and evidence-based best practices to promote the delivery of quality care in the home and community setting.
They provide education to upskill the work force and industry standard best practices to support the programs.
The communications team connects Helion to our external provider networks and internally with our customers through webinars, quarterly newsletters, website and intranet design, social media, and structured email delivery.
The communications team also leads all branding and marketing efforts for Helion.
Lastly, the employee engagement, professional development, onboarding, and mentorship programs are led by a collective effort of the Clinical Operations and Communications team.
